By accessing or using the Vamos application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.
Vamos grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4.1 Court Bookings: When you book a court through the App, you agree to honor that reservation or cancel according to the club's cancellation policy.
4.2 Payments: All payments processed through the App are subject to the terms of our payment processor. We are not responsible for any errors by the payment processor.
You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the App. By submitting content, you grant Vamos a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content within the App.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vamos and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
In no event shall Vamos, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
